Who loves free stuff? WE love free stuff. Today and tomorrow are so chocked full of free booze, food, and information, we are literally not going to make it to each event.
Tonight!
Potluck Kickoff for the Meg and Bert Raynes wildlife fund at the National Museum of Wildlife Art. Potluck=tons of food you don't have to pay for. Just go into your pantry, pull out a few cans of vegetables, and bring your own original succotash dish. Then you won't feel so bad about eating the casseroles old retired ladies spent all day concocting. If your last name begins with:
A-F Please bring and appetizer
G-L Please bring a salad/soup
M-T Please bring a main dish
U-Z Please bring a dessert
Drawback: no open bar :(
Thursday's events (so good!)
Our favorite! Thursday night chamber mixer, at the Teton Club! You know what this means, dankaliscious food and booze fo' freezy. 5:30 to 7:30, and you'll need a DD.
Meanwhile, Thursday Tea at Trio Fine Art from 4-6. Not sure exactly what that entails...tea, duh, but do they also have finger foods? Doesn't matter, we'll be full from the chamber mixer.
Meanwhile (yes!), the third Thurday artWalk will be going on downtown! Past art gallery offerings have included fresh sushi rolls, wine and cheese, irish coffees, and iced cookies. Just walk into the richest looking art galleries and appear to be rich. Tip: wear an overly obnoxious fur and say you got it next store at the fur gallery's "going out of business sale". Then get lit :)
Enjoy some great freeness!
