Everybody's working for the weekend...

Howdy folks! It's Josh and Gabby with your weekend update on all that is rocking hard. After our Friday quintessential happy hour at the Caddy (2 for 1! we love it!) we're going to start our weekend, nice and cheaply. Is it the first friday of the month? Well I'll be darned, that means we are heading over to...

Lyndsey McCandless Contemporary for the monthly First Friday. The art gallery throws kickin' free parties every month, much to the delight of jhsceneandheard. We will be celebrating the heeb 100 opening, presented with much love from the Jackson Hole Jewish Community. Our large schnozzed friends (jk, too soon?) will be serving MANISCHEWITZ MARTINIS at the OPEN BAR. The soundtrack will be by DJ Vert--one of Four4, so bring your dancin' shoes.

We'll have to party hop, as there is another gala with booze at Muse gallery. Wine will be served during metalsmith Sarah Graham's jewelry trunk show, 4-8pm. Should be some great bling available...

Find us at snow king later for some tubing and beer until 10, though we can't really give you specifics since a)it costs money, b)it's a private party. Maybe we will start reviewing parties, too. They are usually free, right?

Free music all over the place this weekend, but you can probably find that yourself.

There is a family photo scavenger hunt and amateur photo contest from 2-5 pm at the Yellowstone Visitor's center in Jackson, if you don't want to ski sloppy snow tomorrow. Bring your chitlins!

Sunday night join our ornithologist buddies at the Jackson Hole Bird Club meeting at 7:30 pm. Still not sure if they are serving refreshments and booze (their event planning rep hasn't gotten in touch with us yet), but there will be a presentation "Birds and Jaguar of Brazil".

Enjoy your weekend, leave us comments about your free escapades, we love hearing from you! Oh, and we are having a get-together at our house Saturday, if you know us, call us. Well, Josh. Gabby's phone is in a black hole. Wahoo!
